No! Zindagi2.0 is completely free to join. All regular activities are free. Occasionally, we may split costs for outings, restaurant visits, or special events — but that's always optional and decided as a group.
Not at all! All our exercise activities are light and beginner-friendly — chair yoga, gentle stretching, and easy-paced walks. You go at your own speed, and every activity is 100% optional.
